BHA operates a small (98 unit) Single Room Occupancy Moderate Rehabilitation Program that offers safe, decent, single room “(SRO)” housing for homeless disabled individuals.  The units are located in two propeties:  UA Homes located at 1040 University Ave, and Erna P.Harris Courts, located at 1330 University.  The interest for Erna P.
