Council discussion of the FY2000 and FY2001 City Manager’s Proposed Biennial Budget and setting a date for budget adoption.

Action: Workshop held. Moved, seconded, carried (Worthington/Armstrong; Absent – Breland, Maio, Olds) to approve a budget schedule to 1) require Council amendments to the City Manager’s budget on the June 8, 1999 agenda; 2) set another public hearing for June 15, 1999; and 3) adopt the budget on June 22, 1999.
